CHASE DUGGER

As the founder and President of JCD Consulting Services, Chase uses his more than 15 years of experience in campaign management, public policy, and grassroots organization to help clients in the political, corporate, and non-profit sectors.

His work has led him to be one of the state's top political strategists. 
 

Practicing in government relations, political consulting, and public affairs, he has built a reputation for successfully leading clients to their goals. His diverse list of clients includes Arkansas Health Care Association, RCK Genetics, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and the County Judges Association.
 

At the age of 25, Chase was named Executive Director of the Republican Party of Arkansas. At the time, he was the youngest person in the nation to hold that position for a State Party.  During this stint, he helped recruit a record number of Republican candidates. He was responsible for creating and implementing the political and victory plans for the 2010 midterm elections, which resulted in the largest number of Republicans elected to office in Arkansas since Reconstruction.
 

Since 2011, Chase has worked on over 100 campaigns and has helped elect over 50 current members of the Arkansas Legislature. Additionally, he has played a role in many local and statewide campaigns around the country.

Chase attended Arkansas State University and completed Leadership Arkansas as a member of Class XIII.  He resides in his hometown of Beebe with his wife Melissa and son Evan.
