Chase Dugger

Chase is the founder and President of JCD Consulting Services, LLC. He uses his experience in campaign management, public policy, and grassroots organization to work with clients in the political, corporate, and non-profit sectors.

Chase was named Executive Director of the Republican Party of Arkansas in 2009 at the age of 25.  At the time, he was the youngest person in the nation to hold that position for a State Party.  

During his time with the Party, Chase helped recruit a record number of Republican candidates. He was responsible for creating and implementing the political and victory plans for the 2010 midterm elections, which resulted in the largest number of Republicans elected to office in Arkansas since Reconstruction.

Since 2011, Chase has helped elect over 40 current members of the Arkansas Legislature and has played a role in many local and statewide campaigns around the country. 

Chase resides in his hometown of Beebe with his son, Evan.

Susanna Watt

Susanna joined JCD Consulting in 2018 as Director of Client Services. She
brings with her a unique and varied legislative experience and political
background that includes work in the Arkansas General Assembly on
behalf of large and small corporations and non-profit associations.
In addition to being a U.S. Navy Veteran, she received her bachelor’s
degree in Political Science and Speech Communication from the University
of Arkansas at Little Rock. Susanna is an alumnus of the 2015/16
Leadership Arkansas Class X hosted by the Arkansas State Chamber of

As a former chairman of the Central Arkansas Young Republicans, she has
an extensive network within the National Federation of Young Republicans.
She enjoys singing the National Anthem at political gatherings when given
the opportunity. She has sung at multiple events for Congressman French
Hill and Arkansas’s Attorney General Leslie Rutledge.
Susanna lives in Maumelle, Arkansas with her husband John and their two
children Haley and Harvey.

Lauren Montgomery

Before working countless hours as a Victory Field Director for the Republican Party in Northwest Arkansas, Lauren began her political career interning in Senator Tom Cotton's campaign.

Following the 2014 election, she worked at one of the fastest growing digital advertising agencies in the state. During her time at Team SI, she helped implement digital marketing strategies for more than 40 different clients.

In 2016, Lauren served as the Communications Director for the Republican Party of Arkansas during the presidential campaign. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a primary focus in advertising and public relations from the University of Arkansas.
