Chase Dugger

Chase Dugger is the Founder and President of JCD Consulting Services, bringing over 15 years of experience in campaign management, public policy, and grassroots organization to the political, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Widely recognized as one of Arkansas’s leading political strategists, he has built a reputation for helping clients achieve critical results in government relations, political consulting, and public affairs.

His extensive client portfolio includes Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses, associations, non-profits, and elected officials at every level of government. Since 2011, Chase has worked on more than 200 campaigns, playing a key role in the election of over 50 members of the Arkansas Legislature and Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. His expertise has also contributed to numerous local and statewide campaigns across the country.

A testament to his early success, Chase was named Executive Director of the Republican Party of Arkansas at the age of just 25—the youngest person in the nation to hold that role at the time. He oversaw the recruitment of a record number of Republican candidates and directed the 2010 midterm election strategy, which delivered the party’s most significant gains in Arkansas since Reconstruction.

Chase founded JCD Consulting in 2015 with the goal of helping clients meet their objectives in a responsible, cost-effective manner. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University and a member of Leadership Arkansas Class XIII. He resides in his hometown of Beebe with his wife, Melissa, and son, Evan.
