Chase Dugger

As founder and president of JCD Consulting Services, Chase brings more than 20 years of experience in campaign management, public policy, and grassroots organization to clients across the political, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Widely recognized as one of Arkansas’s leading political strategists, he has built a reputation for helping clients achieve results in government relations, political consulting, and public affairs.

His client portfolio spans Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses, associations, non-profits, and elected officials at every level of government. Since 2011, he has worked on more than 200 campaigns and played a key role in electing over 50 members of the Arkansas Legislature, as well as Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. He has also contributed to numerous local and statewide campaigns across the country.

At just 25, Chase was named Executive Director of the Republican Party of Arkansas—the youngest person in the nation at the time to hold that role. He oversaw recruitment of a record number of Republican candidates and directed the 2010 midterm election strategy, which delivered the party’s most significant gains in Arkansas since Reconstruction. He started JCD in 2015 with the goal of helping clients meet their objective in a responsible, cost-effective way.

Chase is a graduate of Arkansas State University and a member of Leadership Arkansas Class XIII. He, his wife Melissa and son Evan reside in Little Rock.
