Lauren Wells

Lauren Wells joined JCD Consulting in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing a strong academic background and deep passion for public service to the firm.

She is a recent graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Policy. Lauren is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in the same field, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and continuous growth. Her academic focus and dedication make her a valuable asset to the JCD team.

Originally from Clinton, Arkansas, Lauren graduated from Clinton High School in 2020, which instilled her strong sense of community and commitment to her Arkansas roots. She lives outside of Quitman with her husband, Joe, and son, Banks. Lauren is dedicated to making a difference in the state, noting her eagerness “to use my skills and knowledge to help others and make a positive impact in our great state.”
