WOWapalooza is an annual event that Women's Own Worth (W.O.W) throws to raise awareness and support for victims of domestic violence and violent crimes.

 

WOWapalooza 2020 was an event, unlike any year due to the challenges that the pandemic brought. With our coordination, JCD Consulting was able to help W.O.W. successfully execute a hybrid virtual/in-person event.

 

By pivoting to digital silent and live auctions and live-streaming the event, JCD Consulting was able to help W.O.W. meet and surpass their fundraising goal by 47 percent in a year where non-profit fundraising seemed to be dim.

 

Because W.O.W. was able to surpass their goal, they were able to allocate 50 percent of funds raised to build a new pocket community for survivors and victims of domestic abuse.
