As founder and president of JCD Consulting Services, Chase brings more than 15 years of experience in campaign management, public policy, and grassroots organization to clients across the political, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Widely recognized as one of Arkansas’s leading political strategists, he has built a reputation for helping clients achieve results in government relations, political consulting, and public affairs.
His client portfolio spans Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses, associations, non-profits, and elected officials at every level of government. Since 2011, he has worked on more than 200 campaigns and played a key role in electing over 50 members of the Arkansas Legislature, as well as Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. He has also contributed to numerous local and statewide campaigns across the country.
